Jackson Jem | Place: Poppy Co-Working
A co-working space for women, with female- empowering events built in. Aka- a place to dress cute and others notice.
When Poppy’s founder Heather Smith first moved to Jackson she felt the warm embrace of it’s female community. So when she looked around and asked herself, what does this ski town need?, she had an immediate answer- a place for women to connect, share, collaborate, and thrive. Thus, Poppy Co-Working was born and, as you can imagine, was well received by local ladies.
Something special happens when you get women together. It doesn’t take long before you’re chatting comfortably and connecting dots on how you can help each other. Poppy fosters community at such a core level and holds space for special discussions- both organic and scheduled. In fact, the event programming is some of the best in the valley!
There are private offices, desks, and shared common rooms so that no matter what your preference, or price point, you can enjoy being a ‘poppy.’ From full fledged brands to freelancers, and independent creators, Poppy offers an inspiring environment to create and collaborate. A small kitchen supplies sponsored snacks, and the copy room houses office supplies in a rainbow of colors to suit your mood.
All of these details add up to a truly wonderful place to visit for a day, a month, or to make your dedicated workspace year round. Check out this episode of the Stylecast JH Show to see our interview with Heather and see how this new space is blooming.
